1. Service-Based Policy
As a healthcare service provider, we do not offer physical products for sale. Therefore, this policy applies only to services such as consultations, therapy sessions, or online programs.
2. Appointment Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Client:
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no cancellation fee. If you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to attend, the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Clinic:
If we need to reschedule or cancel your session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be non-refundable.
